Yes, you paid for shipping, but you may accrue some fees related to your country customs authority as clearance process.

We are only able to change shipping addresses / items for orders that have not been prepared for shipping.

However please email us immediately at info@mathelaFashion.com with your Order ID, full name and correct shipping information / items that you want change, and our customer support team will apply those changes if the order have not been prepared for shipping.

If you already received your shipment confirmation email, we are not able to make those changes returns policy will be applied.

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept your return within 3 days from the date your order was delivered. 

Products purchased can be returned and should be unused and in the original packaging with complete set.
