Kuwait Orders
• Orders within Kuwait are delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• A KWD 2 delivery fee applies to all local orders.
• Delivery times cannot be scheduled for a specific hour, as orders are delivered according to the courier’s area route.
• If the courier is unable to reach you at the time of delivery, the order will be rescheduled for delivery on the following day.
International Orders
• International orders are delivered within approximately 4–5 business days.
• International shipping fees typically range between KWD 5–6, depending on the destination. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• International orders are shipped by air using an express delivery service.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery until it arrives.

• If a return is made at the time of delivery, the original KWD 2 delivery fee is non-refundable.
• For returns or exchanges requested after delivery, a KWD 2 return pickup fee will apply.
• Refunds are processed within 3 days after the returned item has been inspected and approved in accordance with our return and exchange policy.
